Our client is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Manager to join the team of a leading medical device distribution company in the UAE. The successful candidate will manage the sales, marketing, and customer service activities, ensuring that the company meets its revenue targets and customer satisfaction objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and meet customer needs.
- Manage relationships with international suppliers to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
- To lead and motivate a team of sales, marketing, and customer service professionals to achieve company goals.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to develop and refine commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the product management, supply chain, and finance teams, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key private and public healthcare customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and commercial management in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Results-oriented professional with a passion for the healthcare industry.
