As a Customer and Operations Admin, you will undertake the activities and customer operations across the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and store all shipping documents, so they are easily retrievable and accessible to anybody needing them. Be the primary point of contact for auditors and finance team when supporting document for a particular shipment is needed.
  • Redact and register all Undertaking Letters for short-expiry product deliveries. Share the registry with Finance monthly to accurately accrue the values at risk.
  • Follow up on all late deliveries according to the Delivery Tracker. Request for delivery information and complete the file accordingly.
  • Update and maintain customer accounts in the systems.
  • Track customer claims and ensures a daily follow-up of outstanding items. Make sure all claims are registered in the corresponding SharePoint. Investigate claims and set action plans to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Responsible for replenishment orders to our consolidation site in Belgium.
  • Monthly calculation and reporting of Customer Service statistics and KPIs, including the number of orders, invoices, order lines, back-order, and service level metrics.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in business, logistics, or another technical discipline.
  • APICS certification or similar is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of Supply Chain experience is an advantage.
  • Pharma, Medical Device companies, or related experience is an advantage.
  • Strong Drive for results / entrepreneurial Spirit/decision making: committing and delivering, acting with autonomy as if it was their own company while fully respecting corporate rules and procedures, and applying the appropriate level of reporting to Management.
  • Process-oriented, solution-driven, and with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Has effective communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills. Efficient and can prioritize workload.
  • Candidate must be technical savvy.
  • Customer Oriented. Internal and external.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
