Head of Digital Solutions – Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Digital Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to support business growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiencies in the MEA region.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging digital technologies to enhance the company’s service offerings.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate digital health solutions into business and clinical workflows.
- Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the company’s core values
Customer & Market engagement
- Drive digital innovation to enhance the patient journey, healthcare provider experience, and distributor engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create digital solutions that address key challenges
- Leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize treatment pathways and improve patient outcomes.
Digital Product development implementation
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital health applications, patient monitoring tools, and connected care platforms.
- Partner with IT, R&D, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions.
- Oversee user adoption strategies, including training programs and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements for digital health solutions and data privacy.
Performance management & innovation
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on business and clinical performance.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure digital transformation success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
- Establish strong partnerships with global and regional digital health networks, technology providers, and startups.
Head of Digital Solutions – Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Health, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Digital Transformation/HealthTech is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in digital solutions, digital health, or healthcare technology leadership roles
- Strong expertise in digital transformation, IoT, AI, data analytics, and cloud-based healthcare solutions
- Experience in developing and implementing digital health strategies in the MEA region.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and leading cross-functional digital initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global mindset.
