Key Account Manager

Manage relationships with selected Strategic Accounts for the company’s products. Holding the Key Account Manager position, you will be working strategically at the c-Level and working cross-functionally with the internal sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end relationships with Strategic Accounts
  • Showcasing the value proposition to the end customer and identifying new opportunities for the company
  • Access to senior management within the customer
  • Understanding customer price targets and competitive offering
  • Maximizing business opportunities on the system/application level
  • Developing/facilitating senior management level relationships on C-level
  • Investigating the feasibility of the new business, applications concepts, and models of the Strategic Account Projects
  • Developing strategic customers’ business plans, fully integrated with business, technology, and research units.

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial roles in Medical Devices
  • KSA Market Health industry knowledge
  • Experience in relationship management of the Governmental Sector
  • Communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with seniority in stakeholder management
  • No restriction to travel within the country (20-25% max)
  • Saudi National is a must
