The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, drive market growth, and support business objectives across multiple channels. This role involves overseeing online and offline marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Marketing Executive – Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products and services.
• Manage and monitor both offline and online marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Plan and execute high-impact marketing initiatives, including campaigns, conferences, and workshops, to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Lead influencer marketing and community engagement programs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure authentic brand representation.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance credibility and market reach.
• Work closely with local sales teams, corporate marketing, and other subsidiaries’ marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand direction.

Marketing Executive – Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the [relevant industry – e.g., healthcare, clinic, or corporate environment].
• Proven experience in building brand awareness and recognition.
• Creative thinker with the ability to combine data-driven insights and innovative ideas.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Transferable visa.
