For our client, a multinational manufacturer of aesthetics and physiotherapy devices, we are seeking an experienced Production Technician to join their factory team in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. This role offers the chance to work hands-on with advanced technologies, ensuring precision, quality, and safety in every stage of production.

Production Technician – Job Responsibilities:
- Mechanical assembly of device components, including covers, fasteners, and locking mechanisms
- Electrical wiring and connection of modules, sensors, and PCBs according to color-coded schematics
- Use of torque tools, hand tools (e.g., Torx TX10–TX30), and crimping tools
- Routing, labelling, and securing of cables with ties (without overtightening)
- Identification and registration of serial numbers and component IDs
- Work according to the step-by-step visual work instructions provided in English
- Housekeeping
- Communication with other members (Production Technologist- Production Manager – other units)
- Documentation – Create and maintain clear documentation for tests, measurements, and repairs in accordance with SOPs and quality standards
- Continuous Improvement – Monitor recurring issues, propose systematic solutions, and support initiatives to optimise production flow and product quality
- HSE & 5S Compliance – Maintain a clean, organised workspace and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Collaboration – Work closely with the Production Supervisor and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and timely issue resolution
- On some occasions, to act as a Production Technologist
- Label Printing: Using a ZEBRA printer to print out the label and follow the work instructions accordingly.
- Clean up spills and garbage
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe workplace environment for all team members
- Complete work orders in an efficient manner and report delays/quality problems to the Technologist/Manager
- Ability to follow Work Instructions, and work under the guidance of a Technologist/Manager
Production Technician – Job Requirements:
- Secondary education in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics)
- Previous experience in electronics or mechanical assembly is a strong advantage (e.g., automotive, electronics, appliances, or medical devices)
- Ability to follow complex assembly procedures with a high degree of precision and attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity, visual accuracy, and reliability
- Experience with torque-controlled assembly is an advantage
- Ability to carry boxes for assembly
