For our client, a multinational manufacturer of aesthetics and physiotherapy devices, we are seeking an experienced Production Technician to join their factory team in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. Production Technician – Job Responsibilities:

• Mechanical assembly of device components, including covers, fasteners, and locking mechanisms
• Electrical wiring and connection of modules, sensors, and PCBs according to color-coded schematics
• Use of torque tools, hand tools (e.g., Torx TX10–TX30), and crimping tools
• Routing, labelling, and securing of cables with ties (without overtightening)
• Identification and registration of serial numbers and component IDs
• Work according to the step-by-step visual work instructions provided in English
• Housekeeping 
• Communication with other members (Production Technologist- Production Manager – other units)
• Documentation – Create and maintain clear documentation for tests, measurements, and repairs in accordance with SOPs and quality standards
• Continuous Improvement – Monitor recurring issues, propose systematic solutions, and support initiatives to optimise production flow and product quality
• HSE & 5S Compliance – Maintain a clean, organised workspace and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Collaboration – Work closely with the Production Supervisor and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and timely issue resolution
• On some occasions, to act as a Production Technologist
• Label Printing: Using a ZEBRA printer to print out the label and follow the work instructions accordingly. 
• Clean up spills and garbage
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe workplace environment for all team members
• Complete work orders in an efficient manner and report delays/quality problems to the Technologist/Manager
• Ability to follow Work Instructions, and work under the guidance of a Technologist/Manager

Production Technician – Job Requirements:

• Secondary education in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics)
• Previous experience in electronics or mechanical assembly is a strong advantage (e.g., automotive, electronics, appliances, or medical devices)
• Ability to follow complex assembly procedures with a high degree of precision and attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity, visual accuracy, and reliability
• Experience with torque-controlled assembly is an advantage
• Ability to carry boxes for assembly
