We are looking for a Regional Recruitment Consultant to join our office in Lublin, Poland. You’ll be part of an international-minded team that works closely with our colleagues in Dubai and supports projects across the Middle East & Africa. While the office atmosphere is Polish, your everyday work – including calls, emails, interviews, and documentation – will be in English, as you connect with candidates and stakeholders from diverse markets in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.
In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting interviews via phone and Microsoft Teams, and guiding individuals through the full recruitment process in a structured and professional manner. You’ll also support the Team Lead with account management and basic business development activities in your region, helping to prepare shortlists, market overviews, and follow-ups for clients. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, feels comfortable taking ownership of their tasks, and wants to grow as part of an international environment.

Regional Recruitment Consultant – Job Responsibilities:
- Source and engage top talent across the Middle East & Africa using a variety of search methods.
- Conduct interviews via phone, MS Teams, and face-to-face where possible.
- Manage candidates throughout the full interview and selection process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Support the Team Lead with Account Management and Business Development activities in your region.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to wider regional projects as needed.
Regional Recruitment Consultant – Job Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong plus.
- 2–3 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR/TA, Sales, or Business Development.
- Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential – we value attitude and potential just as highly.
- A true go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A genuine interest in the Healthcare industry or a strong motivation to build expertise in this sector.
