Our multinational domestic appliances client is currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Specialist to join their growing team in Algeria.

Responsibilities

  • Playing an active role in the process of production planning and loading of orders requested by the customer.
  • Providing necessary documentation on time to customers for customs clearance without any hustle.
  • Consolidating customer orders in the relevant format (SOP format) to share with the supply chain.
  • Sharing production plans with customers monthly basis.
  • Coordinating the export procedures and production processes between sales, finance, and supply chain departments.
  • Transmitting all monthly production and shipment information of orders to the customer promptly.
  • Providing forwarder details from customers in relevant incoterm conditions and arranging shipments with the logistic department.
  • Controlling the customer credit limits with the finance & sales team and informing the clients of the due dates of payments, validity, the limit of credits, etc.
  • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports (sales turnover, risk analysis, production planning) for the management team.
  • Coordinating and collecting SES&SOP information in detail and entering this information into the system on time.
  • Establishing accurate and timely communication with the customers and finding a proper solution to their requests with the help of related parties in the organization.
  • To create and sustain close communication with the customers from order collecting to the shipment process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Having experience in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English, French, and Arabic.
  • Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies.
  • Outside-the-box thinking ability.
