Sales Supervisor - KSA - DNA Recruitment

For our client, a fast-growing pharmaceutical business, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor based in Saudi Arabia. This role will lead and develop the sales strategy across multiple therapy areas, including anti-inflammatory and primary care. The ideal candidate brings strong scientific knowledge, established HCP relationships, and proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.

Sales Supervisor – Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Drive scientific selling initiatives and ensure messaging accuracy across therapy areas.
  • Analyze territory performance, manage CRM data, and ensure disciplined reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing and medical strategies effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Sales Supervisor – Job Qualifications:

  • A pharmacy degree is preferable.
  • Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong HCP network, scientific selling, negotiation, CRM discipline, territory management, etc.
  • MS Office + CRM systems
  • Arabic  (native) and English (fluent)
