Responsibilities
- Presence in the determined Point of Sales (POS) on predefined timings & Days to promote
- the brand & advice clients, and explain to them how our Products will help manage their
- skin disorders.
- Strictly follow the agreed 7 Selling Steps Structure in her Sales Calls with the Customers
- Propose a complete treatment solution to help solve a skin disease/ condition rather than a
- single product.
- Keep professional relationships & positive attitude with Pharmacy Staff.
- Assists customers by demonstrating products, devices, and applications of products.
- Recommends additional and complementary products and/or services based on
- information provided by the Customer or items already selected for purchase.
- Accountable for all operations management aspects, including inventory‐related
- processes, merchandise resets, visual ad sets, and pricing compliance.
- Understands marketing calendar and confirms store setups to correlate with marketing
- launches.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Understands sales plan by week and executes to plan.
- Report, Follow & Apply the Stock Allocation Process within her POS.
- Report, Follow & Apply the damaged, Expiry & near expiry Management Process within her POS.
- Attend all the assigned pharmacy sales events and ensure proper teamwork with all teammate
- in the event.
- Support with the launch of new products.
- Database collection and follow‐up with the consumer about the skin condition.
- Monitor & Report competitor’s activities (New Launches – Events – Marketing Activities) Via
- Business WhatsApp Groups & Emails.
- Have the required knowledge of competitor’s products and consumer’s interests & concerns
- in order to answer their questions and provide more complete information.
- Initiate with the line manager any idea to support increasing RSO and brand market share.
- Support KAM & commercial team in the proper fast liquidation of any nearly expired items inside
- POS.
- Build dynamic relationships with retailers and customers, as well as develop and
- strengthen training and communication skills.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Ensure sending the agreed WhatsApp marketing & brand messages to the consumer as per plan.
- Conduct consumer meet the expert meeting “MTE’ as per plan and ensure and follow
- the agreed meeting structure.
- Patriciate efficiently in Company’s care digital platform and ensure a strong professorial presence with proper content.
- Create monthly required content for Company’s care platform.
- Ensure sending follow-up messages to the customers according to current needs.
- Invite the consumer to Company’s CRM loyalty program.
- Report daily sales to the line manager.
- Daily POS stock update.
- Report sales event sales and collected consumer databases.
- Report required feedback by the line manager in the agreed templates and time.
- Report any visibility, seen Rx, TMA, and feedback.
- Attend the company meeting as per communicated with the line manager.
- Apply expenses timely according to company policy.
- Apply for the agreed leave in the company system and within the alignment of business needs, manager approval
- & HR policy.
- Attend company-assigned training.
Qualifications
- UAE Nationality 🇦🇪
- Bachelor’s degree or min high school graduate
- Strong command of Arabic & English “read & write”
- Other languages will be strong assets
- Office package “excel & power points “is a strong advantage
- Digital Awareness about (the Internet, Emails, …etc.)
- The Skin Care Expert needs knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers and personal services
- This includes customer needs, assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and
- evaluation of customer satisfaction
- The Skin Care Expert needs knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting,
- and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product
- demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- The Skin Care Expert needs the skill of active listening. This can be achieved by giving full
- attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made,
- asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
- The Skin Care Specialist talks to others to convey information effectively. They also must
- actively look for ways to help people
- The Skin Care Specialist must be aware of others’ reactions and understand why they react
- as they do
- You are comfortable performing skin care services on customers’ faces (as necessary
- and when dictated by customer and business needs) after being trained on all proper
- protocols to do so
