We are looking for a talented and self-motivated individual with digital marketing and English language skills to join our team as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist at DNA Recruitment.

The successful candidate will work with the Marketing Manager and be responsible for executing digital marketing tasks in line with the company strategy. Although we speak Polish in the office, the agency operates in the CEEMEA Life Sciences market, and the entire marketing communication is in English.

This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. Consequently, we seek an individual interested in establishing a long-term partnership with our company.

A full-time, on-site role. The office is located in the city centre of Lublin.

Responsibilities

• Executing daily social media marketing activities in line with the strategy (mainly LinkedIn).
• Preparing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Designing engaging text and visual content for all channels, including SEO-optimized articles.
• Preparing regular marketing reports.
• Maintaining and updating the company website.
• Supporting preparations for participation in industry events.
• Writing resumes, revamping professional LinkedIn profiles, and preparing brand strategies for our clients (full training will be provided).
• Publishing job listings across various online platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong English reading and writing skills are essential.
• Previous B2B digital marketing (especially social media marketing) experience will be an advantage.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
• A solid understanding of at least 3 of the following areas: Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO, Personal Branding, Copywriting, Marketing Analytics, and/or Graphic Design.
• Sufficient knowledge of the following tools: Canva, Mailchimp, Excel, Google Analytics, WordPress, MS Teams, Outlook, and ChatGPT.
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks in an organized way.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, sense of aesthetics, as well as focus on learning and development.
