We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage in-store marketing, execute campaigns, and oversee digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. They must be adept at budget management and analyzing market trends.
This Marketing Specialist role is based in Algiers, Algeria.

Responsibilities
In-store marketing (instore equipment & POSM, promoters & merchandising)
- Determine decoration needs such as new podiums, stands, brand zones, shop in shops, and prepare the yearly decoration plans in coordination with the distributors and HQ
- Brief and coordinate local production of the stands, brand zones, etc.;
- Local adaptation/development and production of the POSM;
- Control of distribution and application of POSM;
- Develop and update POSM guidelines for local product range;
- Determine POSM production and replenishment needs;
- Communicate and manage promoters agency, ensure uninterrupted work of promoters team;
- Promoters & supervisors KPI and in-store ROI: setting and follow up;
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs;
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights;
- Conduct consumer and market research.
ATL & BTL activation
- To execute marketing activities in line with approved marketing calendar within allocated budget
- To brief an agency on ATL and/or BTL campaigns with KPIs and target settings;
- To follow up on execution and KPIs achievements;
- Digital and SoMe To brief agency for digital activities with defined KPIs;
- To make sure digital content is in line with offline communication;
- To check and approve monthly content plans for Social Media;
- To support the agency by providing global digital content, and other editable media assets.
Co-Op activation
- To be in daily touch with dealers and distributors to fulfill any kind of needs
- To initiate and support joint initiatives with partners and distributors;
- To follow up on all invoicing processes.
Coordination of the training organizations
- Coordinate the training of supervisors and promoters
- Coordinate the training of distributors, dealers’ sales teams, and field teams;
- Coordinate the training of product launches, exhibitions, and fairs.
Other Marketing Specialist Activities:
- Control marketing budget, follow up on all marketing spending documents;
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights from the market;
- Deliver clear and on-time reporting of all requested information to upper management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing & PR,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- No restrictions for traveling and staying for a long/short time abroad,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding the needs of the customer,
- Having a desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
- Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
- Using required office programs at an advanced level.
