Documents and trackers are shared via a dedicated Dropbox folder that syncs with Asana. Meetings are conducted through video calls on MS Teams, with participants receiving invitations in advance. Primary communication occurs on Asana, supplemented by email and WhatsApp based on participants’ preferences.
These tools are accessible on desktop and mobile devices, ensuring convenience and seamless execution of action items.
