Brand Manager – Job Responsibilities:
- Develops an in-depth, and thorough understanding of target consumers, consumer portrait, and Consumer Experience framework/funnel for the brand.
- Ensures that the Brand Essence governs everything the brand says and does.
- Ensures consumer and customer centricity in all brand-related activities.
- Ensures efficient, effective, flawless execution of New launches
- Understands the impact of advertising and customer investments on the brand and acts upon it.
- Manages the development of Big Ideas and Campaign Ideas, HCP, and consumer engagement strategies. Creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences across contact points.
- Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communications contribute to enhancing the company’s and brand(s)’reputation.
- Drive brand promotional tactics, and provides recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy and the selection of SKUs for key customers.
- Leads the development of strong and functionally-aligned brand and commercial plans. Ensures execution of plans; tracks and monitors impact on brand performance and brand health. Executes local digital/eBusiness strategy in alignment with key local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Supports decision-making by providing ongoing data and insights related to brand properties (e.g., websites, social, ) and industry trends.
- Directs consumer interaction through real-time digital channels (CRM, social media platforms, etc.). Owns digital asset management.
- Regularly tracks the relevant digital KPIs (including internal and industry benchmarking) to ensure achievement of targets.
Brand Manager – Job Requirements:
- Higher education in business management and marketing with excellent track record.
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in brand marketing, ideally in medical aesthetics, beauty, or dermatology, industries which may include some years in other functions,e.g. sales, MSL, and event management.
