Channel Manager – Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize distributor relationships as a Channel Manager, ensuring high-performance outcomes and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Create and present business cases to senior management for review and approval.
- Negotiate and finalize business deals and agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, medical and governmental affairs, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, including ROI and other key performance indicators.
- Lead and manage large-scale distributor transitions, including strategies to grow market share and improve efficiencies in key regions.
Channel Manager – Job Requirements:
- English fluency
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in distributor management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business development software
