Job Summary

  • Medical B2B business development and pre-sales: engaging end-customers and finding new business opportunities.
  • Manage/hire/fire distributors in the assigned region in alignment with business goals.
  • Developing new solution packages and business models with partners (using the full range of the company’s products & partner’s products and solutions).
  • Consultative sales & value-based selling: providing the right solution packages and making a proposal with an in-depth understanding of the customer’s business, needs, and usages.
  • Collaborate with HQ, RHQ, and other subsidiaries as virtual teams.


• Secure the business capability (channel expansion/sales increase/profitability).
• Increase the business visibility thru pipeline management.
• Need active customer-oriented work.
• Develop and present medical products as a solution to end-customers.
• Need to understand the latest technology trends based on extensive product knowledge.
• Timed reporting of progress and issues, alignment with relevant teams and departments.
• Manage forecast and sales estimates and achieve sales targets.
• Manage product demand and stock levels.


• Based in Tunisia.
• Target markets: North African countries (support to Central Africa).
• Direct contact distributors and end-customers, etc., and discover business opportunities, customer care, and sales closing.
• Therefore, who should have contact points and experience, especially with key customers (governmental, university, military, and private hospitals).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Min. 7 years of sales experience in the medical field.
  • Preference for experience working on radiology equipment.
  • High MS Office skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Fluent in English and French.
