The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets by implementing effective commercial strategies that drive sales volume, expand the customer base, and support patient growth. The role focuses on promoting assigned therapies and medical products within a specific geographical area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development. Success in this position will require both strategic planning and hands-on engagement with healthcare professionals to support business objectives and improve patient outcomes.

Sales Representative – Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives and targets for the assigned therapies and/or medical products within own geographical or business areas
- Manage day-to-day relationships with customers & plan visits with them
- Build and develop professional long-term customer relationships
- Prepare, implement, and review targeted account plans aligned with the commercial policies
- Plan and prepare for each customer visit and record outcomes
- Propose and provide each customer with appropriate services that will maximize opportunities both for the customer and the company
- Communicate all relevant information to existing and potential customers to guarantee their awareness of the product portfolio and its benefits
- Acquire new customers
- Capture and maintain all relevant sales and customer data
- Gather and share with other sales reps and with the line management all possible information on market intelligence and competitors to help anticipate competitive moves
- Maintain presence in all existing & target customers
- Deal with customer complaints & implement corrective actions
- Continuously assess the market for new customers /opportunities/risks for the products
- Finalize budgets and forecasts in cooperation with line management / Marketing
- Present products & their advantages, organize & distribute all needed promotional material, and organize test usage where needed
- Participate in congresses and other customer events
- Provide customer training and support/assistance where needed
- Works closely with Product Managers, Account Managers/ Reps, and Sales Support
- Identify tender renewals and respond to tenders with the support of the line manager / Marketing (where applicable)
Sales Representative – Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Scientific or medical/paramedical degree/ nutrition or dietetics – strong scientific background
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience within the Healthcare Industry / Hospital environment / medical sales
