In a world where virtual communication is significant, the mission of the Call Centre Officer will be to implement a new client relationship and route to market through the call center. This new role will provide services and allow our pharmacy clients to develop their dermo-cosmetic sales.

Job Responsibilities

Call Planning

Prepare monthly call plan and update it when needed; To go through the list of scattered pharmacies, plan to visit them and put them in the proper category
Reporting the effective number of calls and call results
Being responsive on the call center to requests of each customer
Follow scripted sales calls and update them when needed
Keeping pharmacy database up to date
Help the Call center manager work on accounts classification and keep it updated;
Handle customers inquiry
Handle customer surveys
Support product knowledge, and participate to implement pharma-game


Call customers on a daily basis to promote and sell the company’s products; Based on a daily defined plan by the manager through the CRM system to call at least 30 to 400 POS
Increase sell-in of scatted pharmacies: make sure that sales to each POS are based on potentiality, do not over stock and manage expiry
Respect the payment terms that are defined by the manager
Meet the targets on a monthly basis
Follow-up visits to major customers to keep relationships and monitor displays


Increase the Sell-out with the help of retail marketing usage of the proper tools and packages and wrapped offers needed
Coordinate with mystery shoppers to evaluate the sell-out potentiality
Build a good relationship with clients
Carrying out activities in scattered pharmacies to boost sales
Support product knowledge to scattered pharmacies
Improve and suggest commercial condition focus on Retail sell out the impact
Collaborate to define yearly marketing campaigns with the retail marketing department
Implement staff incentives if applicable

Operational Functions

Keep Pharmacy classification up to date
Define the number of calls and call objectives
Coordinate with Merchandising team to implement visibility where applicable
Coordinate with the admin team for PO issuance, order processing, and delivery
Do proper training in selling skills and product knowledge online and offline
