We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team of Executive Assistants and oversee all office operations. You’ll ensure smooth administrative support for executive management, manage executive schedules, and maintain a productive office environment. This role involves coordinating team development, streamlining processes, and acting as the primary liaison between executives and support staff.

Office Manager – Job Responsibilities:
Team Management:
a. Lead and mentor a team of executive assistants and receptionists.
b. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address concerns.
c. Oversee the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
d. Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Administrative Oversight:
a. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Support Center.
b. Ensure smooth and efficient administrative support to executive management.
c. Monitor and streamline administrative processes for increased efficiency.
d. Oversee the management and scheduling of executive calendars, meetings, and events.
e. Ensure timely handling of executive communications, including emails, phone calls, and reports.
f. Book flights for the Middle East Leadership Team
Office Management:
a. Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintenance of equipment.
b. Manage vendor relationships and contracts for office services.
c. Maintain a safe, organized, and conducive work environment.
d. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
e. Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
Stakeholder Management:
a. Act as the primary liaison between executive management and the support team.
b. Foster effective communication and collaboration between various departments.
c. Handle any escalated issues or challenges related to administrative support.
Continuous Improvement:
a. Identify opportunities for process improvement.
b. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to elevate administrative functions.
c. Stay updated with the latest office management trends and tools.
Office Manager – Job Requirements:
- English fluency
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Administration or a related field
- 2-5 years experience in an executive support role
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the local business environment and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
