Responsibilities
- Marketing strategy: develop marketing and promotional mix to meet portfolio objectives and customer needs. Understand and use marketing principles.
- Budget management: accurate management of the budget for Products in the portfolio. Ensure all projects are effectively managed to time and financial constraints. Management of marketing advertising budget and ensuring programs meet ROI requirements.
- Manage external agencies: Management of external agencies to meet team goals, customers, and market needs.
- KOL Management: Effectively communicate and manage KOLs to develop brand advocacy.
- Leadership: Acts as a product champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers. Providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise and training to enable them to sell the company’s product portfolio.
- Digital: Work with digital marketing specialists to achieve KPIs on digital platforms.
- Implementation of marketing and Medical Education activities: Planning and implementing medical education activities, including workshops, and masterclasses. Execution of local and regional events, including conferences, and customer events, and execute pre-Launch and Launch activities for new products.
- Implementation of marketing campaigns: Implementing Promotional Campaigns (Digital details aids/ Print campaigns etc.) to implemented sales teams.
- Market segmentation and market research: Determining the target market & audience and brand positioning. Analyze market research data to determine market position, brand objectives, and strategic imperatives.
Qualifications
- University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Science.
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in Sales, B2B, Aesthetics, or Medical Devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, World, PowerPoint, and other internal web-based software and programs.
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to access customers’ needs and provide solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to follow the company’s SOP and compliance policies.
