Drive sales growth and oversee the full delivery of turnkey Modular Operating Room (OR) projects across the MEA region. In this role, you will manage each phase of the project lifecycle, from early concept development, tender preparation, and technical/MEP coordination to logistics, on-site installation, and final handover. You will work closely with hospitals, consultants, ministries, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution, high service quality, and strong long-term partnerships.

Project Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and sales for Modular OR solutions (walls, pendants, lights, OR tables).
- Manage the full project lifecycle: tendering, technical/MEP coordination, logistics, installation, and handover.
- Maintain relationships with hospital clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Identify and follow up on new project opportunities across MEA.
Project Sales Manager – Job Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Modular OR or hospital turnkey projects.
- Proven track record in both sales and project management (mandatory).
- Strong technical understanding of MEP coordination and hospital design.
- Experience dealing with consultants, ministries, and contractors.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
- Candidates currently or previously working with Modular OR
- Based in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, or Jordan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture/MEP.
- PMP certification is a plus.
