We are seeking an experienced QARA Officer for a multinational manufacturer of aesthetics and physiotherapy devices. In this role, you will manage regulatory activities, ensure ISO certifications, conduct internal audits, and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a similar role, fluency in English, and knowledge of local regulations.

QARA Officer – Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with a Consultant and select Certification body.
• Seek Local Regulatory approval and define Global Markets which Products needs Regulatory approval.
• Writes and creates Quality Manual and procedures in accordance to the Management Quality System for the ISO9001 and ISO 12485 Certification.
• Ensures that all system and processes are documented to meet internal and external requirements.
• Conducts internal audits and implements changes, improvements and corrective actions to non-conformities. 
• Develops strong relationships with Regulatory Agencies and maintains Regulatory Affairs database.
• Ownership of all regulatory activities. 
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

QARA Officer – Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the local regulations.
