We are searching for a result-driven Sales Representative, who will be responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies to attain sales volume and customer growth for the assigned Clinical Nutrition portfolio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue sales and targets for the assigned therapies within their own geographical or business area
• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers, build and develop professional long-term customer
• relationships
• Prepare, implement, and review targeted account plans aligned with the commercial policies defined by the company
• Plan and prepare for each customer visit and record outcomes on the internal CRM portal
• Propose and provide each customer with appropriate solutions that will maximize opportunities both for the customer and for the company
• Maintain a presence in all existing and target customers
• Deal with customer complaints and implement corrective actions as per the company’s SOP
• Continuously assess the market for new customers/opportunities/risks to the company’s portfolio
• Present the company’s products and their advantages
• Organize and distribute all needed promotional material in line with marketing strategies
• Participate in congresses and other customer events, as well as organize company-hosted events as per territory requirements
• Provide customer training and support/assistance where needed
• Work closely with sales and other supporting roles within the organization
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (Pietermaritzburg, Richards Bay, Newcastle, and other important locations), as well as nationally/internationally to organize meetings and events

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Scientific, dietary, or medical degree with scientific background preferred
• 3 years of sales experience within the Healthcare industry
• Existing relationships with Nutritionists and/or Clinical Pharmacists preferred
• Computer literate
