The Sales Representative role involves promoting and selling our high-quality medical consumer products to retailers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders through the authorized distributor in the country. The ideal Sales Representative candidate would be someone with a background in the medical industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share through distributor channels across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing support, guidance, and training to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with distributors to identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and growth areas within the market.
  • Supporting distributors, tracking sales metrics, and providing regular performance feedback to optimize sales effectiveness and drive business results.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, which will inform strategic decision-making and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and alignment with distributor/customer needs.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities and distributor engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional sales management or distribution qualifications are preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles in the healthcare industry, with experience collaborating with distributor channels in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales plans, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and order processing. Working with Salesforce is an advantage.
