Territory Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new business relationships.
- Oversee the sales administration function, improve operational performance reporting, and streamline processes and systems.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management to enhance business relationships and profits.
- Create and execute business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls to meet targets and increase the organization’s presence in assigned areas.
- Formulate annual marketing plans with realistic forecasts for the territory, considering historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort.
- Implement a reporting and communication system involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, newsletters, and bulletins to monitor the sales team’s performance.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
- Develop business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls to meet agreed targets and promote the organization’s presence in their assigned area.
- Establish a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters, and bulletins in order to monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Provide high standards of ongoing training for the sales team and sales supervisor so that they possess sufficient clinical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
- Maintain the best level of principal relationship management by attending business reviews, field visits, and timely response to principal co-requirements and requests.
- Responsible for analyzing and reporting competitor pricing.
- Support the collection team in the payment collection.
Territory Sales Manager – Job Requirements:
- Min. 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in the medical devices field
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Leadership skills, Strategic thinking, Management Skills, Business planning, Problem Solving.
