Country Manager – Responsibilities:

• Define objectives and strategy and set up KPIs and reporting processes for the region in alignment with global company goals and keep all relevant business information/documents updated and on file 
• Establish effective business management including monthly & quarterly formal business review meetings/calls with related departments (TD, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and external business partners (distributors, 3PLs), and where needed put corrective action plans in place 
• Team development: Hiring of new team members, regular coaching sessions with direct reports, defining business and development goals for individuals and comparing performance/ development to actual performance, setting up performance improvement plans if needed 
• Closely collaborates with all relevant support functions internally on a global basis 
• Ensures effective forecasting & planning process for educational purposes 
• Ensures execution excellence of marketing strategies & programs 
• Representation of the company at customers, congresses, and other training and educational events, as well as supporting distributors 3PLs at joined events / MABs, etc. 
• Other duties & responsibilities can be assigned as appropriate

Country Manager – Requirements:

• B.S./B.A. Master or higher Degree of education in a life science field; advanced degree preferred 
• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in People and Senior Management roles in international MedTech, Life science industry – ideally within Cardiovascular / Vascular segment knowhow 
• Excellent networker with well-established industry/stakeholders 
• Broad experience with innovative and new MedTech technologies requiring strategic Therapy development and Market Access approach 
• Solid and comprehensive Distributor management experience in KSA and the broader GCC area (5+years) 
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills, ability to guide, motivate, and influence others 
• Fluent in Arabic and English – Additional European languages are a plus 
• Willingness to travel & mobility: Traveling time at least 50%
