The Financial Controller is responsible for the finance for Saudi Arabia within the multinational company.  Acts as first point of contact in a company providing finance support of all aspects of finance as required. Works with the General Manager to develop the finance and accounting activity, and practices that meet the business requirements ensuring integration with organizational strategies and acting as financial controller as required.

The Financial Controller will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accounting operations.
• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all accounting functions.
• Managing all banking requirements and ensuring all controls are in place to support cash management.
• Preparation of all monthly financial reports.
• Coordinating with statutory auditors and tax consultants for compliance with local law.
• Act administrative/back office responsibilities when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Chartered Accountant.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in Accounting.
• Good interpersonal relationship-building skills to function effectively as a team member.
• Fluent in oral and written English & Arabic.
