We look for the Head of Marketing to evaluate market environments and translate information into marketing strategies and tactics to achieve short-term business targets and long-term strategic plan goals across the entire META. The scope of responsibility ranges from existing product and line extensions to new product lines. The head of marketing manages and directs marketing team activities to meet customer and sales strategic marketing needs.

Head of Marketing – Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic marketing direction for product lines and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies. Oversee the development of product-level marketing plans.
- Develop and implement division-level marketing programs across product lines.
- Provide marketing input into Business Development initiatives throughout the evaluation.
- Provide marketing input to the company’s digital transformation.
- Create an environment or need for competitive intelligence data.
- Contribute to strategic plan development and coordinate input and efforts of product management.
- Strategically use customer advocates to reinforce key messages.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, reimbursement, market access, and sales.
- Develop product training for the sales force, distributors, and customers.
- Manage Marketing Team and internal stakeholders and be active in META Leadership.
Head of Marketing – Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-12 years experience in marketing; healthcare/pharma industry experience is a benefit.
- Proven track record in successfully launching new products and managing project teams.
- Background in strategic planning and business development is helpful.
- Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen.
- Solid track record in successfully completing projects and leading experienced teams (internal and external resources).
- Strong ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data.
- Ability to develop and execute communication plans, messaging, and branding campaigns.
- Strong skills in pricing, reimbursement, and creative product/program development.
