We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pricing & Tendering Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team. As a Pricing & Tendering Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing pricing and profitability, distributor analytics, commercial offering, and tender processes. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Regional Leads to analyze revenue trends, evaluate growth initiatives, and optimize margins through portfolio mix analysis. You will be responsible for implementing pricing tools to improve decision-making at the local level while ensuring compliance with company policies and key performance indicators. Additionally, you will collaborate on creating pricing policies and guidelines for all MEA regions, as well as support expansion analytics and Business Model Optimization projects.

Pricing and profitability management

  • Work closely with the Regional Leads on revenue trends, product pricing, portfolio mix analysis, and margin improvement.
  • Support the team in evaluating growth initiatives, resource optimization, and profitability enhancement.
  • Implement pricing tools to improve pricing decisions made at local levels while maintaining compliance with company policies and KPIs.
  • Help create priding policies and guidelines for all MEA regions in the form of price lists per region.
  • Assist with expansion analytics (MEA projects’ actual revenue performance and forecasts).
  • Support Business Model Optimization projects, the Senior Analyst is responsible for creating, adopting, and verifying all pricing and profitability requirements and feedback.

Distributor analytics

  • Analyze distributors’ performance and report periodic status updates for key initiatives and projects (Country/Cluster Business tracker dashboard).
  • Perform periodic examination of commercial contract terms and conditions, ensuring that any set rules abide by and conform to company standards.
  • Manage the full contracting relationship with Distributors and the Legal Team, ensuring direct support for negotiation to the Sales Team.
  • Ensuring the distributor visibility process by organizing the Quarterly Business Reviews’ meetings and agendas and ensuring follow-up on actions with relevant stakeholders.

Commercial offerings & Tenders

  • Support sales teams in providing full tenders analytics of topline and bottom-line against all product codes as per tender specifications.
  • Support with proforma invoices and tender profitability analysis and reporting whenever required.

LT Reporting & business support

  • Report Monthly Commercial Highlights to the GM and the MEA leadership team.
  • Report on the Distributor management process during the Business Quarterly Reviews.
  • Coordinate Commercial Excellence activities – Sales Incentive Plan.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Analytics and/or MBA.
  • At least 5 years experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Highly skilled in strategic development, dynamic knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, Well organized.
  • Ability to interact with executives or key customers.
  • Ability to multi-task.
