The Product Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accessories and consumables, ensuring their successful launch, and ongoing market performance. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive product growth. The position is located in Saudia Arabia with responsibility for the META region.

Product Manager – Job Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product strategy, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, with a strong emphasis on localizing value propositions for the region.
  • Product Management: Oversee the entire product management lifecycle, including regional launch, developing packages, and local pricing that align with the value proposition.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify market gaps, and evaluate potential opportunities for new accessory products.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitors’ product offerings, pricing, and market positioning. Use this information to develop strategies for product differentiation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams to coordinate product marketing strategies on the other hand work with product management counterparts on the EMEA level to set local product strategies.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including market analysis, localizing value proposition, training sales teams, and managing the product introduction process.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to sales teams by developing product training materials, attending customer meetings, supporting tenders, and assisting with customer inquiries.
  • Product Performance Monitoring: Track product performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze market feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from product introduction to eventual discontinuation or replacement.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and managers to set a clear marketing budget to raise awareness for the assigned product line.
  • KOL Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the field, seeking their guidance and input on product development, marketing strategies, and industry trends.

Product Manager – Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management with a focus on Marketing.
  • 5 years of experience as a product manager in the field of medical devices.
  • Experience in new business development (preferably).
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills (in cross-cultural teams) and working in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic both spoken and written.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and organizing skills.
  • Strong drive for results with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within META and occasionally Europe.
  • Advanced ability in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
