The ideal Project Manager will oversee the entire process for implementing company products. This includes sales order review, project planning, design/layout, contractor communication, documentation submission, resource coordination, and issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities
- Project Manager will drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation process.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and the customer team.
- Supervise the local project team across the region.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and the company’s operational targets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for the business.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades.
- Construction management background is highly desired.
- Experience with large-scale project management requirements, where deadlines were met on or ahead of schedule (e.g., construction, IT, installations).
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a customer-friendly manner.
- Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment.
- Knowledge and experience with the healthcare industry, preferably with medical imaging products.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Proficient with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio).
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Six Sigma certification and/or experience in Lean methodology.
- Complete all planned Compliance (Quality, EHS, etc) training within the defined deadlines.
- Identify and report all customer or personal compliance concerns immediately to the appropriate organization.
