We seek a dynamic Regional Sales Manager MEA to lead our pharmacy automation business in the Saudi market. Ideal candidates have an Engineering Degree (preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering) with 5-10 years of sales experience in technical environments, focusing on capital equipment. Regional Sales Manager – Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for achievement of targets for Order Intake and Order Intake Margin.
  • Develop and grow the sales funnel through direct engagement with customers and partners.
  • Drive opportunities from the start and throughout the whole sales cycle.
  • Continuously visit customers to create interest and leads.
  • Deliver a clear, qualitative, and accurate Sales Forecast with continuous follow-up and updates.
  • Provide sales channels with tools and education to deliver on their sales targets and market approach.
  • Create estimates for projects and quotations and go through internal approvals per the company policy.
  • Develop a market strategy to grow sales, considering market needs, distribution network, and business targets.
  • Create initiatives to grow order intake and order intake profitability. 
  • Manage customer accounts in the pre-sales phase and after-sales.
  • Work in collaboration with the realization and customer care teams to achieve the best customer satisfaction during project realization or operations.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure proper documentation for contracts and orders and to deliver forecasts as required by the company.
  • Work with the sales enablement team to create proper solutions for customers.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge of our solutions portfolio to deliver proper customer information.
  • Participate in tradeshows and events as needed.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations professionally.
  • Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • a. Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive customer visits, efficient complaint handling, and proactive communication.
  • b. Document the outcomes of customer visits/meetings and share them with customers.
  • c. Create good connections with customers and keep open and direct communication.
  • d. Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Regional Sales Manager – Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimal 5-10 years of exp. in Sales from a similar technical environment with a focus on capital equipment.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and Arabic.
  • Profound user of MS Office Tools and CRM in a Sales Management environment.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience in project management.
  • Experience within the Healthcare, Hospital, and/or Building Industry.
  • Experience in partner management of at least 3 years.
  • Experience in account management of at least 3 years.
  • Reading technical drawings, ability to create estimates and BOQs.
