We are seeking a passionate Sales Manager to work in a multinational company. The ideal candidate will manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sustainable sales growth with existing customers and generate new business in line with agreed-upon business objectives. The Sales Manager will contribute to defining and implementing the sales strategy while representing the company in the market and driving the team toward success and the agreed-upon Annual Budget.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and sharing the strategic direction of the relevant business.
- Prepare, implement, and review sales operating plans that identify likely revenue and number growth in accordance with business plans.
- Achieve all sales, financial, and customer targets in line with the business and personal objectives through a) managing the sales team on a daily basis (both the direct sales team and the distributor structure) and b) own personal sales activities.
- Coach, develop, motivate, support, and lead the sales team while acting as a role model and supporting company values.
- Lead and manage the account planning process for my own area of responsibility.
- Constantly look for ways to improve the sales force efficiency while implementing tools to manage its performance.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers while keeping them fully informed about the company’s products & therapies.
- Ensure customer needs are wholly met, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Own customer issues and ensure all parties and team members are informed of relevant information to enhance customer loyalty and revenue generation.
- Capture and maintain relevant sales and customer data.
- Promote the company’s products, therapies, and services to key decision-makers.
- Provide input into budgetary and planning processes and monitor performance against budget, taking appropriate action to address any variances.
- Co-operate closely with Marketing, Sales Support, and Customer Service to achieve full customer satisfaction and the set targets.
- Lead the tender management process for all projects & tenders in the area of responsibility in order to ensure long-term business growth (where applicable).
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred (Life Science, Nursing, Commercial, Medical).
- 5+ years of operational Sales experience in a healthcare company.
